What is I have an issue with my street or the street's right-of-way?
The Mat-Su Borough is responsible for maintaining all roadways, streets, and street right-of-way. You can submit your issues or concerns to the Borough at Mat-Su Problem Reporter.
What can I do if my neighbors pet is causing problems?
First, talk with your neighbor to resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, you can contact Mat-su Borough Animal Care.
Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent in my payment?
We may have received your payment after the due date. We may not have received your payment at all. Please call or email, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Why is my water cloudy or milky colored?
A repair could have been completed recently, allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look.
Why does debris come out of the faucet when running hot water?
Your water heater most likely needs to be flushed. CAUTION: Most manufacturers recommend hiring a professional to flush your water heater. If you plan on doing this yourself, read the owner's manual to prevent injury or damage.
