Victoria Estates HOA

Victoria Estates HOA is located in south-central Alaska, about fifty miles northeast of Anchorage and seven miles southwest of Wasilla on Knik Goose Bay Road in the Manuska-Susitna (Mat-Su) Borough. Our residential subdivision is surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes, including mountains, glaciers, and an ocean inlet, as well as a diverse array of Alaska wildlife. We have moderate Alaska weather conditions.

Victoria Estates Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (VEHOA) is a nonprofit, incorporated Common Interest subdivision with the primary purpose of promoting the health, safety, and welfare of its residents by providing for the operation and maintenance of the common interest properties.  VEHOA’s Common Interests are our Class A Public water System, VEHOA's United States Postal Service [USPS] mail delivery units, and the VEHOA subdivisions' signs.

Victoria Estates is a single-family residential community. In compliance with VEHOA’s restrictive covenants, no business can operate within the VEHOA subdivision.

As specified in the VEHOA governing documents, the VEHOA Architectural Committee must approve engineering plans for alterations to existing structures or the construction of new structures on any VEHOA property before any new building or renovation project activities can start. Contact VEHOA for an Architectural Review Application.
