The last official VEHOA Membership Meeting with a quorum of members represented was in 2020. The minutes of the 2020 VEHOA Membership Meeting can not be published because they must be approved during an official membership meeting. Since 2020, we have been unable to establish a quorum of members represented at membership meetings.
