VEHOA and Water Service Rates
| The annual HOA and water service assessments are listed in the Annual VEHOA assessment statement mailed to each property owner. Before filling a hot tub, a swimming pool, or any other water tank holding 50 gallons or more, property owners are required to complete an application for “Unusual Water Use” and obtain permission from the VEHOA Board regarding the guidelines for when and how to draw the excess water from Victoria Estates’ Public Water System to avoid negative water system issues.
