The Victoria Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc. volunteer Board of Directors members and limited staff members are here to help maintain this incredible community. We currently have four (4) Certified Water Operators, all VEHOA residents, who operate and maintain our community's public water system.
We work diligently to comply with all Federal regulations, Alaska state statutes, and Mat-Su Borough codes related to homeowners' associations and public water systems regulations.
We strive to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), and the Natural Resources (NR) regulations to operate and maintain our community's public water system, while providing quality water service to the entire community.
We work closely with our mail delivery personnel to ensure compliance with United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations while operating, maintaining, and protecting our VEHOA mail delivery station, which serves the convenience of our residents.
Our staff members are all VEHOA residents who work part-time and are on-call for VEHOA and VEPWS needs, making coordinating schedules very important. We all have full-time employment elsewhere or are retired VEHOA residents. Each Board member and staff member also has a family, as well as many other obligations. So, we appreciate your patience and understanding when you have a HOA or water system request.
