Resale Certificates may be requested by completing and sending a Resale Certificate Request form to VEHOA (see the form below). Only fully completed Resale Certificate request forms will be processed.
In compliance with the Alaska Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (AS 34.08), a Resale Certificate will be completed within ten (10) business days after a complete request form is submitted. The VEHOA Resale Certificate Request form includes instructions for pickup and payment. Contact VEHOA if a rush order is needed.
Title Companies may request homeowner payout information by emailing their request forms to Victoria Estates.
