Fireworks are Prohibited

Fireworks are prohibited in all areas of the Mat-Su Borough outside of the cities of Houston. There are exceptions for New Year’s Eve, but not for Independence Day (4^th of July). There is a time and place for fireworks in the Mat-Su and this July 4th is not the time. Save fireworks for New Year’s when it is legal and safe.
